Japan Caribbean Trading Company Limited (JCT) was established in May 2000. JCT is primarily engaged in the export of coffee beans and sales of coffee gift products. On behalf of clients, JCT negotiates and purchases coffee beans from local coffee growers in Jamaica and other Caribbean and Central American countries. Both green and roasted coffee beans are then exported to the international market.
Consumer concerns for the food safety and trace of products. Accordingly, coffee growers and exporters need to pay more attention and ensure the safety and quality in the production process. The company will therefore seek to contribute more positively to the market by not only trading the product, but also becoming more involved in working closer to growers and importers.
